At Rakshaks Foundation, we are committed to ensuring the highest quality for our products. Because your purchases directly support our charitable initiatives, we only accept returns for products that are defective or damaged upon delivery. Please review our policy details below:
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if the product is defective, damaged, or if the incorrect item was shipped.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for “change of mind,” incorrect size selection, or buyer’s remorse.
2. Return Window
You must notify us of the defect within 2 to 3 days from the date you received the item.
3. How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, a brief description of the defect, and clear photographs of the damage or defect.
4. Evaluation and Approval
Once we receive your request and proof of damage, our team will review it.
If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item back, or we may issue a replacement/refund directly based on the evaluation.
5. Refund and Replacement Options
Replacements: If the item is in stock, we will ship a replacement item to you at no additional shipping cost.
Refunds: If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment within 15 business days after approval.
6. Return Shipping Fees
Rakshaks Foundation will cover the return shipping costs for verified defective or damaged products. We will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse the shipping costs.
